Our curriculum at Vancouver International College integrates the guidelines of the British Columbia Ministry of Education (Canada) with the standards set by the Secretaría de Educación Pública in Mexico. VIC is registered with SEP and meets all SEP requirements.

All teachers at VIC are native English speakers and hold nothing less than a Bachelor Degree in a related field and are experienced in teaching primary-aged students. Our teachers are familiar with the latest Canadian methods of teaching that are currently being used in Canadian schools and implement those methods at VIC. Many of our teachers also hold TESL or TEFL certificates to assist students who are learning the English language.

Teacher Aides at VIC are bilingual speakers of Spanish and English who are trained to work with children. They assist the teachers and students whenever needed and are present in the classrooms or in the play areas during breaks and activities.

The Director oversees the implementation and development of VIC and is always available to listen to parents, teachers and students.
